MOVING ACROSS COUNTRY!
After fourteen years in San Antonio, teaching at the University of Texas at San Antonio, I have left South Texas for the North Country! As of July 2011 I am the Associate Dean at the fantastic Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam, in Potsdam, New York. I will miss so many wonderful people from San Antonio but am looking forward to all of the new opportunities that await...
In other news, a scene from my comic opera A Brief History of Root Vegetables will be performed at the Fifty-fourth National Conference of The College Music Society at the Omni Richmond Hotel in Richmond, Virginia, Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 5:00pm in the James River room (C-D). If you are attending the conference, I hope you will come by!
